Expired Licensing Notice

The Academic Technologies team is aware of the expired licensing warning notice customers are seeing when signing-in to their VCU Adobe accounts and when launching Adobe apps (see screenshot below). Adobe License Expiration Warning NoticeThis expiration notice is due to VCU's on-going enterprise agreement renewal which is still being processed. Rest assured, you may continue to use Adobe apps and websites such as Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, and others while we are working on the renewal of our enterprise agreement.

You do NOT need to sign-out of your VCU Adobe account and sign-in using a separate account. Use of personal Adobe IDs with a VCU email address is strictly prohibited under our Doman Enforcement Policy

If you are unable to sign-in to your VCU Adobe account using your VCU email address (only using the @vcu.edu email domain; @vcuhealth.org accounts are NOT valid or Adobe licensing), please reach out to us by emailing adobe@vcu.edu or by submitting a ticket at https://go.vcu.edu/adobe/help using the appropriate category.
