While new full-time VCU employees who are in an Adjunct Faculty, Faculty, Classified Staff, or University and Academic Professional Staff role will automatically receive an Adobe Acrobat Pro software license, any new VCU employees who are not full-time, and/or who are in an Affiliate, Exempt Temporary Salaries, Salaried But Not Benefitted, Post-Doctoral, or Hourly role do not qualify to receive an Adobe Acrobat Pro license automatically, but my request one using the VCU Adobe License Request/Upgrade Form at https://go.vcu.edu/adobe/licenserequest.
If you are also currently enrolled as a VCU student in at least one credit-bearing course, you are eligible for an Adobe Creative Cloud license at no cost to your business unit but you must request access to this license by completing the VCU Adobe License Request/Upgrade Form at https://go.vcu.edu/adobe/licenserequest.

This includes most VCU employees who are also taking classes at VCU as a student. However, for active VCU employees who are also enrolled at VCU as a student, the cost of licensing for the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite is NOT billed back to your business unit. Instead, this cost is covered by the VCU Student Technology Fee. This offering ONLY applies to VCU employees who are currently-enrolled in at least one credit-bearing course at VCU.
